Refund Policy

All training purchases are non-refundable. Participants may request one schedule with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class/session date. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date and are subject to availability.

To request the rescheduling of your class please contact us by phone or e-mail at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date.

Missed Appointments: Participants who fail to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice will forfeit the session and will be REQUIRED to submit a new booking payment to reschedule.

In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as in illness or family emergency, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. By registering for training services, participants ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE to the terms of this rescheduling and refund policy.
