We do not offer refunds for Any Lab testing/collections that we provide, nor for Heartcode BLS CPR classes that we offer, once payment has been made. Participants may request to reschedule their class to an alternative date within 30 days of the original class date. Participants must notify us of the request to reschedule a class within 48 hours before the scheduled class date. Rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the class date may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
To request the rescheduling of your class please contact us by phone or e-mail at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date.
NO_SHOW: Participants who do not attend the scheduled class without prior notification will forfeit their right to reschedule and will not be able to reschedule without a fee. Participants are allowed one rescheduling request per class booking. Rescheduled classes/sessions must be attended within 30 days of the original class date subject to availability.
In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as in illness or family emergency, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. By enrolling in our CPR classes participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our rescheduling policy outlined above.
